After the initial contact, we would like learn more about you and your company. We would also like for you to learn about us. We'll share our story and answer all your questions.
After sharing stories and business information, we assess your business values, goals to determine if it is a fit. If so, we prepare a Preliminary Agreement on Price & Terms, the IOI.
Once we have agreed in principle to a price & terms, it is time for a site visit. Here we take our business relationship to the next level. We'll meet in person, tour the operations and share more in depth information.
If everything looks like this is a good deal for both parties, we will craft an LOI laying the foundation for the deal terms and move forward.
This stage is an in-depth information gathering exercise. We will look deep into the business finances, legal documents, accounting practices, etc. to confirm this is a viable deal.
The purchase agreement is complete, signed, funds are transferred and ownership transitioned.
